International Relations Student Leadership Council

The International Relations Student Leadership Council is a dynamic initiative that empowers students to explore diplomacy, global affairs, and international policy. This unique program offers students the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about global issues and understand how international relations shape national and local realities.

Through the IRSLC, students gain a foundational understanding of international organizations, diplomatic processes, and global governance. They explore the role of the United Nations, embassies, consulates, and other international bodies, while examining topics such as human rights, global conflict, climate change, and economic development.
The IRSLC reflects LAUSD’s commitment to cultivating globally engaged student leaders who understand the interconnectedness of today’s world and are prepared to make meaningful contributions at home and abroad.
